Beer Festival - 30th May to 1st June

We are delighted to be hosting a beer festival at St John's, with a selection of craft beer, real ale, fine wine and good food. Open Friday 30th May (3-11pm), Saturday 31st May (12pm-12pm) and Sunday 1st June (12pm-4pm).

Conversations in Jazz - 22nd June

Join us for an afternoon of live jazz music and engaging conversations at St John's on 22nd June from 3pm to 5pm!

Internationally acclaimed Italian pianist and singer-songwriter Ilario Ferrari joins forces with award-winning jazz/soul singer and producer Randolph Matthews for a special duo performance.

Songs of Today Meets Songs of Yesterday explores the evolution of song across time. How has the song form developed over the years? From Italian arias to jazz classics and contemporary original compositions, this concert weaves a thread through great songwriting, bridging the past and present.

For this occasion, the concert will be enriched by the soprano Cheryl Clark, who will join Randolph for a special duet.

With masterful improvisation, storytelling, and soulful vocals, Ilario, Randolph, and Cheryl will take you on a musical journey where tradition meets innovation—breathing new life into timeless melodies through the unique lens of jazz and soul.
